Judy Edwards is the visionary of the project who saw a need and the way to fix it. She is an educator by career, has a BS in Communication Disorders from SUNY Brockport NY and a certificate from the AMS Montessori Society as a preschool teacher. She is an artist, world traveler and author. It was during her work as a pet therapy team that she saw the situation with our elders that deserves to be different
Chris Edwards. He is the owner of Smile Design and Wellness Center, the county’s leading biologic dental practice. He treats both the young and the old and has a warm spot in his heart for those in need. He has a Doctor of Dental Medicine and Naturopathy degrees.
Loi McKinley is first and foremost the Domestic Goddess of her family, doer of all things and a chronicler with her camera. Loi holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo and an Associates Degree of Nursing. She is an avid volunteer and is pursuing a Phd in Nursing. As a young mother she shares the values of engaging with our greatest assets our elder population with her toddler.
Daniel Ciuro received his undergraduate degree from Thomas Edison State College in the greater New York City Area and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ with studies in Santiago, Chile and Beijing, China. He holds a Life Accident and Health Insurance Agent License as well as my FINRA 7 and 66 registration. Outside the office he enjoys supporting local nonprofit causes focused on helping children and their families. He is a 14 year resident of Brevard County with wonderful wife and one daughter.
Dale Viger began her career as a contract buyer in the United States Air Force. She obtained her AAS in Marketing from Adirondack Community College in 1999, her BS in Business Management and Economics in 2000 from SUNY Empire State. In 2007 she received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she also worked as senior business manager and received the institutes highest honor of Pillar of Rensselaer. Ms. Viger has worked in non profit management her entire career bringing communities and people together – because together we can always achieve more.
Russell Weigel is a former Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement attorney. He spent years there serving in management, investigation and litigation capacities. Since 2001, he has bee in private practice. He represents public companies and prepares there SEC documents. He counsels start up companies and helps them plan their capital raises and other legal concerns. He is the author of Capital for Keeps, a book designed to help entrepreneurs understating the risks of noncompliance with capital raise rules and regulations.
Jane Warner owns Heaven Sent Wellness Institute, LLC, a Health and Wellness Consultant located in Melbourne, Florida. Her wellness program involves healing and balancing of the whole body, mind and spirit. She retired as a Federal Executive Manager in charge of Construction Contracts approximately 15 years ago. She had the proud opportunity of assisting many renowned researchers build research facilities throughout the US. She has an AA in Biology and a BS degree in Business and Administration. She is excited and honored to be a member of the Space Coast Intergen Center project board.
A native Floridian, Emily Stowers has a passion for serving the community and its elders and has done so both in Central Florida and the Washington, DC, area for nearly 10 years. She has a diverse knowledge in serving the unique needs of seniors and is deeply committed to empowering them with the knowledge they need to age well. From care and service coordination, to developing community based education and service oriented programs, Emily understands both the individual and systems related perspectives of healthy aging. Emily graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and from The Catholic University of America with a Master of Social Work. Emily is a staunch advocate and member of several boards and community groups who serve elders in Central Florida.
